Shipping & Returns



  • Delivery is usually within 1-3 working days between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday.
  • Your order will be by sent by Initial Citylink.
  • We can't deliver to PO Box addresses.
  • We do not distribute outside the U.K. (Unfortunately we do not distribute to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands or the Isle of Man)
  • All goods are covered by a 12 month return to base warranty. Unless otherwise stated by the manufacturer.
  • In the unlikely event of your goods being delivered faulty or damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of the date of delivery in order for us to arrange a replacement. Warranties issued by the manufacturer and ourselves concerning faulty or damaged goods do not in any way exclude the statuory rights of the customer under the Sale of Goods Act.
  • You are responsible for your own shipping costs when returning items to us. We will in turn be responsible for the cost of shipping items back to you. This applies to all returns without exception.
  • We aim to deliver goods to destinations in the UK within 1 to 3 working days using nominated courier once they have been dispatched by ourselves. However, we cannot be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. If the goods are not delivered within the delivery time we quote for that item, please contact us by email. We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay. We will try to ensure that you receive you order, as quickly as possible, or if you wish you may cancel your order and we will refund you any money which you have paid within 5 days as long as the goods are awaiting dispatch by ourselves.
